Hand Made By Cynthia

Having made me a pile of shirts I was delighted when Cynthia decided to design and make for herself a jacket she could wear to the gallery opening.

Her idea required a variety of different decorative trims which we sought out and acquired at various fabric store all across town.

I think it came out quite nice…

The vest looked stunning in person - Cynthia is extremely talented and looked beautiful! It was great to see you two at the opening - we really need to set up that dinner date, maybe before you guys leave for Spain?

That’s beautiful. I wish I had noticed it last night. Most of last night was a blur.

Cynthia is quite a seamstress. That is beautiful. I took particular interest in how she managed to get the mitered center back seam to match so perfectly. And your new shirt of a couple of posts back (which I’ve just read) is really well done. I recognize that fabric, we have it at the shop where I work.

I’m not sure what she does for a living but it should definitely involve design work. She really has a lot of sewing talent, but also a great eye for design!
