A scale model of the the Arc D’Triumph and the surrounding area?
Nope.
I used Photoshop to manipulate a picture I took from our vacation to Europe.
The original is here.
I’ve been reading about the technique and this is my first attempt.

November 2nd, 2006 at 6:41 amFor those of us who don’t have the bucks to drop on a 65mm Hartblei Super Rotator Tilt Shift lens, much less the ability to go back to Paris and re-shoot, the Photoshop option is an econimical alternative.
Of course I may need to find a way to scrape up the money now.
